Edweezy - Cold Streets
Print Products

I asked my friend Mo to give me some feedback, his opinion and thoughts on my 3 media texts.
Mo said that he liked the overall style of my album design however he thinks that the red colour choice has to change, he thinks that it symbolises the wrong thing for what 'Cold Streets' is. I agree with this and think that to improve I should change the red theme to a blue theme so it feels 'cold.'
He also thinks that the pinkish looking inside cover needs to change, either to the red or to a blue theme. I chose to have my inside cover a faded red due to the fact that as it is in the inside and next to a bright green cd I didn't need it to stand out as vibrantly. He also thinks that the placement of the text could be rethought in order to fill in some of the gaps, however, I think that the gaps give it a cleaner look.
In terms of my CD design, Mo thinks that it looks good and nothing needs to be improved he thinks that the white text is easy to read.
Lastly, Mo likes the photography on my ad and thinks it draws your attention however he doesn't like the green and doesn't think it flows with the red. He likes the graffiti type font of Edweezy.
Lastly, I asked my relative Jackie, what they thought of my final print products.
Jackie said that she likes all of my designs together as a whole, with my colour choices and my demonstration of good photoshop skills. she said she loved the photography on my back and front album covers, as well as Edwards poses, she especially thinks that my back cover cant be improved. However she thinks that the fact that he is infront of his name isnt good, she doesnt like that you cant see his name, but i explained to her that he and seeing his face is more important that the text.
As for the inside covers, she likes the pinkish-red as it looks diluted compared to the brightness of the CD next to it, she likes the image as well. However she hates the big gap to the left of him and says i shoukd rearange the text to avoid this issue. if i was tto reedit this i would change this first.
On to the CD design, she said it wasmostly good and she really liked the colours including the different shades of green, on the other hand she says that the song should be moreimportant on the CD rather than the name of theartist.
Lastly talking about the Advertisement, she says she loves the blue and the green aspect together. However she says that i should centralise the text on his body to make it easy on the eye, also she thinks that the ' Available On Itunes' should be on the top right hand corner next to his head, to create symmetry.
